The Task Force assembled case studies that describe the development of successful prevention and population health programs in graduate health professions education schools. These are selected examples from a larger collection of Successful Practice Case Studies, a joint effort of the Task Force and APTR that was funded by the HHS Office of Disease Prevention and Health Promotion.
