Revision Process and History
Version Five: Released 2026
Over the course of one year, faculty representatives from across the health professions collaborated in four dedicated workgroups to update the content and identify relevant teaching resources. The Task Force then refined the Framework through multiple stages of review, with final revisions incorporated following a public comment period. Educators are encouraged to review and align their curricula with the updated Framework and adapt the content to the needs and readiness of learners.
